This Privacy Policy describes how FitPro Bundle Upsell FBT, operated by CUSGROUP LLC, processes information when merchants install and use the application on Shopify stores.

1. Information We Process

The application processes only information necessary to provide Frequently Bought Together functionality, discount attribution, and merchant analytics.

This may include:

• Shopify store domain and store identifiers
• Product and product variant identifiers
• Order identifiers
• Order line item information
• FBT-related line item properties
• Order currency and transaction amounts used for FBT revenue attribution
• FBT impressions, selections, and add-to-cart events
• Anonymous or pseudonymous session identifiers used for FBT analytics

The application does not require customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses for its FBT analytics functionality.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used only to provide and improve the application's core functionality, including:

• Displaying Frequently Bought Together recommendations
• Applying and validating FBT discounts
• Attributing FBT purchases
• Calculating FBT orders and revenue
• Providing performance analytics to merchants
• Maintaining the security and reliability of the service

We do not sell customer information and do not use protected customer data for targeted advertising.

3. Customer Privacy and Consent

Storefront analytics tracking respects Shopify customer privacy and consent decisions. Where analytics processing is not permitted, the application does not send non-essential FBT analytics events.

4. Data Minimization

We process only the minimum amount of information required to operate the application. We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment card data, customer email addresses, customer phone numbers, customer names, or customer postal addresses for FBT analytics.

5. Data Retention

FBT analytics events are retained for a maximum of 13 months unless a shorter period is required by law or the information must be deleted earlier following a valid privacy request.

6. Data Security

Protected data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Database storage uses encrypted storage and database connections require encrypted transport. Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell protected customer data. Information is not shared with third parties for behavioral advertising or independent marketing purposes.

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only where necessary to operate the application and subject to appropriate security and confidentiality controls.

8. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for operating their Shopify stores in accordance with applicable privacy laws and for configuring Shopify customer privacy settings appropriate to their business and customers.

9. Privacy Requests

We support applicable Shopify privacy and data protection requirements. Valid requests relating to access, deletion, or other privacy rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Shopify requirements.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the application's functionality or data practices change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
